Digital Services
Freaksmeet offers digital access and premium platform features. Because digital services are made available immediately, fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law or approved by Freaksmeet or its payment processor.
Automatic Renewal
Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew at the applicable billing interval using the payment method on file with the payment processor. Renewal charges continue until the subscription is canceled.
Subscription Cancellation
Users are responsible for canceling subscriptions through the applicable payment processor or billing method before the next renewal period. Cancellation stops future recurring billing but does not automatically refund previous billing periods unless required by law or approved by Freaksmeet or its payment processor.
Billing Descriptor
Your card statement may show the website name, processor descriptor, or another approved billing descriptor depending on the payment processor used.
Billing Support
Billing questions may be sent to billing@freaksmeet.net. Include your account email, approximate purchase date, and any payment processor receipt information. Billing support requests are typically reviewed within 1–3 business days.
Chargeback Warning
Users should contact billing support before initiating a dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account restrictions.
