Eligibility
Freaksmeet is intended only for adults 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher. By accessing or using Freaksmeet, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Platform Description
Freaksmeet is an adults-only social discovery platform focused on consensual connections, profile discovery, premium membership features, advertiser-supported placements, and event-style Meets. Freaksmeet does not guarantee compatibility, attendance, outcomes, identity, intentions, or offline conduct.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for your profile, uploaded content, communications, safety decisions, and any in-person interactions or Meets. Use common sense, communicate clearly, and report unsafe behavior.
Prohibited Conduct
- No minors or suspected minors.
- No trafficking, coercion, exploitation, threats, stalking, blackmail, fraud, impersonation, spam, or illegal activity.
- No non-consensual content, hidden-camera content, revenge content, or copyrighted content you do not own or have permission to use.
User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for content you upload or share. Freaksmeet may remove, restrict, or review content that appears to violate policies, applicable law, processor requirements, or safety standards.
Verification
Verification helps reduce fake accounts and improve trust, but it does not guarantee safety, compatibility, intent, legal status, or suitability for interaction.
Meets & Offline Interactions
Users assume all risk associated with offline interactions and events. Freaksmeet strongly encourages safer planning, public first meetings when appropriate, and informing trusted contacts.
Billing, Refunds & Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled according to the payment processor’s procedures. Digital access fees are generally non-refundable unless required by law, stated otherwise at purchase, or approved by Freaksmeet or its processor.
Moderation Rights
Freaksmeet may review, remove, restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts, Meets, advertiser profiles, or content at its discretion for safety, compliance, policy, or processor-related reasons.
Limitation of Liability
Freaksmeet is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Freaksmeet is not liable for user conduct, offline interactions, third-party services, interruptions, unauthorized access, or damages arising from platform usage.
